Raritan Addition Photo Gallery

In this project, designed by Architect Chris Pickell (www.pickellarchitecture.com), an existing one story addition was removed from this historic house and a new two story addition constructed.  The first floor of the new addition includes a new kitchen, powder room, laundry area, and sunroom eating area.  The second story includes a new master suite with a bathroom and his and hers closets and features a lofted ceiling, keeping the charm of the historic house within the new addition.  The addition required cutting through the approximately 18 inches of existing exterior stone wall to tie-in to the historic portion of the house.

BEFORE: Addition was removed and a new, larger, two-story addition constructed.
